About Us

Our setting is actively inclusive; staff are led by Kara Jewell who has over 20 years experience working in early years as well as with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families.  Kara has supported families through the neurodevelopmental pathway, children with speech disorders and children with learning difficulties.

We include all children; this means we provide play and learning tailored to all our children, and we adapt our practice for children who have learning delays, or are advanced.

My daughter Viktoria made friends that will last a lifetime. She was really shy when she started and yet by the time she left she was asking every single day to go again. Her exploratory skills have really developed and she shows curiosity now wherever she goes.

Art Class

An Inspiring Curriculum

All children at Sparkle Lodge are allowed to develop at their own rate. We work alongside the seven areas of learning however we understand children are all going to develop at different rates and with strengths and weaknesses in different areas. Activities and events planned take into account both a child's stage of development and their next possible stages of development and are adapted to meet children's individual needs.
